Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in helpdesk and technical troubleshooting.
  • Experience in computer repair.
  • Knowledge in installation and configuration of operating systems.

  • Basic knowledge of Windows Server and networking systems.
  • Ability to problem-solve, read, and comprehend technical information.
  • Certifications in Cloud, Security, and Technology (preferred).
